All the basic & advanced courses of Hope Academy are very powerful & effective. There are more than 100 techniques taught in class. All these techniques are very simple & easy to understand. I am in meditation 24hrs with the help of ATM - Any time meditation technique. I learned How to stay happy & confident in all the situations of Life. Now, I simply focus on Solutions rather than Problems. Sir helped me to develop Positive Anchors of Yes, I can & I deserve. He taught the ancient manifestation technique of Adi kriya and Scientific Law of Attraction kriya to lead a happy, healthy & wealthy life with warm relationships.
